All policies for Nashville Sounds games are in affect for any event held at First Horizon Park.

As needed, updates will be made to this web page and communicated via Nashville Sounds and First Horizon Park social media channels and websites.

The procedures below represent our commitment to keeping our community safe.

Policies include, but are not limited to:

A clear bag policy will be in place for all events, limiting contact between staff and guests. One clear bag – either a one-gallon Ziploc style bag or a 12" x 12" x 6" clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag – plus a small clutch/purse no larger than 5" x 9" in size. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items and/or diaper bags after proper inspection and screening.

• Digital tickets, delivered via Ticketmaster account manager, will be scanned at entry from guests’ mobile phones.

• First Horizon Park will operate as a CASHLESS facility, including the box offices, concession stands, and retail store. Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at concession stands and the retail store.


Code of Conduct:

The First Horizon Park staff are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable ballpark experience. Our staff has been trained to proactively intervene where necessary to help ensure a "Family Entertainment" environment.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited within First Horizon Park:

  • Smoking or vaping

  • Trespassing on the playing field

  • Interfering with baseball that are in play

  • Throwing objects

  • Using foul or obscene language or gestures

  • Using derogatory language, which is defined as offensive language concerning another person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin

  • Excessive or underage consumption of alcohol

  • Disruptive, unruly, or abusive behavior

  • Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential

  • Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials

  • Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark

Management reserves the right to remove any guests not adhering to the code of conduct or otherwise causing a disturbance to ensure the safety and enjoyment of others.

Attendees may report violations of our code of conduct by speaking with the nearest First Horizon Park staff member.

Prohibited Items:

• Animals (excluding certified service animals with proper documentation)

  • Non-Clear Bags (diaper bags, medically necessary items, and clutches/wallets sized 5" x 9" x 2" or smaller are exempt)

  • Clear Bags must not exceed 12" x 12" x 6" in size

  • Beach Balls or Other Inflatable Items

  • Cans and Glass Containers

  • Coolers

  • Drones

  • Firearms or Other Weapons (with or without permit)

  • Fireworks

  • Hoverboards

  • Laser Devices and Pointers

  • Outside Food or Beverage

  • Standalone/Lawn Chairs

  • Sticks and Clubs

  • Toy Guns and Knives (including water guns)
